Tile deer

Posted on April 22, 2013 by Inessa

A deer in bathroom.

I used nail polish for easier removal as it’s a rented property.

Book deer

Posted on January 15, 2013 by Inessa

A deer made out of book covers. Part of my final project for MA in Design and Environment at Goldsmiths, University of London.

The main aim was to explore the possibilities to overcome size limitations of hard covers of books which as I have found can be rather problematic to recycle.

Seasonal greetings

Posted on December 12, 2012February 28, 2013 by Inessa

It’s getting dark just after 3pm, the temperature gets lower and lower, but London is full of Christmas lights, fairs and this particular feeling of something good approaching.

I got very much into deers, so here are some of them I have drawn for Focallocal and friends.

Books are Not Waste by Inessa Demidova – Inhabitat – Sustainable Design Innovation, Eco Architecture, Green Building. During this project Inhabitat was one of my main inspiration  sources and I am very pleased to be mentioned on it. Especially with such a nice attitude towards my project.

Guitar for Shurixandr

Posted on September 17, 2012January 15, 2013 by Inessa

My most famous piece of art so far. I painted it in 2008, I believe.

Used to be almost a symbol of A-One TV-channel in Moscow. So many great musicians played it!

You never know.
